You can call me Jay, that's what my friends call me.
I am here guiding individuals suffering with feelings of, anxiety, depression, negative self image and even poor habits stemmed from emotional trauma and bad experiences.

I know how to look past the surface of the mental health problems we face, to touch on their sources and identify the triggers that can lead to us spiralling.

I want to help guide you, to map your path through your patterns of negativity and self-destructive tendencies, and help create sustainable coping mechanisms and a positive frame of mind.

I have a strong desire to help you become the most powerful version of yourself. Creating a change in our own perception of life can often bring a new permanent light into our lives, one that comes from within you!
